Vivek Paranjpe to step down as Power Mech Projects director in August 2026

Power Mech Projects Limited announced that Vivek Paranjpe will cease to be a director of the company effective August 30, 2026, following the completion of his second and final term as a Non-Executive and Independent Director, including his role as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee.
