Nazara Technologies shareholders approved increased share capital and appointed Conlon as director

Nazara Technologies Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting on Sunday, August 30, 2026, via video conference and other audio visual means, where shareholders approved an increase in the company's authorized share capital and the issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis. The meeting also appointed Mr. Con Anthony Conlon as an independent director, and the results of the e-voting will be available on the websites of the BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Nazara Technologies Limited, and Central Depository Services (India) Limited within two working days.
