M/s. C S Arora & Associates appointed statutory auditor for five years, starting April 1, 2026

The company announced several key changes following a board meeting on August 29, 2026. These include the appointment of Mr. Joga Singh and Mr. Vineet Gupta as directors, with Mr. Singh bringing extensive experience in the power and environmental sectors and Mr. Gupta possessing expertise in finance and accounting. Additionally, M/s. C S Arora & Associates were appointed as the statutory auditor, and M/s. Baldev Arora & Associates were appointed as the secretarial auditor, both for a five-year term commencing April 1, 2026, subject to member approval.
