Finolex Cables shareholders will vote on a Rs 9 per share dividend at September AGM

Finolex Cables Limited announced that its 58th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 28, 2026, at 12 noon via video conferencing and other audio-visual means. The company's board previously recommended a dividend of 450%, or Rs 9 per equity share, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, with a record date of September 4, 2026, and payment expected on or before October 27, 2026.
