Popular Vehicles appoints MSKA & Associates LLP as auditor for five years

Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd. announced that shareholders approved the appointment of MSKA & Associates LLP as the statutory auditors at the company’s 42nd Annual General Meeting held on Friday, August 28, 2026. The appointment, which replaces the existing auditor due to the expiry of their term, is for a five-year term from the conclusion of the current AGM until the conclusion of the 47th Annual General Meeting in the financial year 2031-32, with remuneration to be determined by the audit committee and board of directors.
