Gujarat Intrux Limited to pay Rs 17.50 per share dividend at AGM on September 25

Gujarat Intrux Limited will hold its 34th Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST via video conference, and the company’s register of members will be closed from Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026. The company will pay a final dividend of Rs 17.50 per equity share, or 175%, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and shareholders can vote electronically with e-voting commencing on September 21, 2026, and ending on September 24, 2026.
