Dhoot Transmission Limited acquires stakes in subsidiaries for Rs 210.25 crore

Dhoot Transmission Limited announced it has acquired equity shares in its step-down subsidiaries, Dhoot Automotive Systems Private Limited and Dhoot Autocomponents Private Limited, on August 28, 2026. The company acquired 5,02,800 equity shares of Dhoot Automotive Systems Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of Rs 125.00 crore, and 1,110 equity shares of Dhoot Autocomponents Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of Rs 85.25 crore. The acquisitions were made at arm’s length and will be used towards repayment of outstanding borrowings, with Dhoot Automotive Systems Private Limited reporting a turnover of Rs 745.72 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and Dhoot Autocomponents Private Limited reporting a turnover of Rs 682.81 crore for the same period.
