Finolex Industries proposes Rs 2.75 per share dividend, pending shareholder approval in September 2026

Finolex Industries Limited will pay a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs 0.75 per equity share, totaling Rs 2.75 per share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 45th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026; the record date for the dividend is set as September 11, 2026.
