Creative Eye Limited shareholders re-appointed Zuby Kochar and regularized two directors

Creative Eye Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Zuby Kochar as Whole-time Director, effective June 1, 2026, and the regularization of Mr. Praful Jadavji Shah and Mrs. Asha Choudhary as Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective August 25, 2026, at an Extraordinary General Meeting.
