Hikal Ltd. appoints Sameer Hiremath as Chairman and Managing Director for five years

Hikal Ltd. announced that its board approved the appointment of Mr. Sameer Hiremath (DIN: 00062129) as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of 5 years, commencing October 01, 2026, to September 30, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting; Mr. Hiremath is currently the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the company and is the son of Mr. Jai Hiremath and Mrs. Sugandha Hiremath.
