Anand Rayons Limited will hold a board meeting on August 31, 2026, to consider and approve the Annual Report, the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Merchant and Mr. Pankesh Patel as Independent Directors for a second term of 5 years, the re-appointment of Mr. Anand Bakshi as Managing Director for 2 years, the re-appointment of Mrs. Shilpa Anand Bakshi as a Wholetime Director for 2 years, and an increase in the company’s authorized share capital.
