Integra Switchgear Limited plans to potentially raise funds via a share issue

Integra Switchgear Limited will seek shareholder approval to increase its authorized share capital and evaluate raising funds through a preferential issue of securities or equity shares, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 25, 2026, adding that the board will meet on August 31, 2026, to consider the matter.
