Infosys granted shares to employees through stock unit programs, boosting share capital

Infosys allotted 1,75,865 equity shares of Rs 5 face value each on August 24, 2026, following a Board resolution dated August 20, 2026, to eligible employees through the exercise of Restricted Stock Units, including 18,228 shares under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and 1,57,637 shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019, increasing the company’s issued and subscribed share capital to Rs 20,29,11,62,310 divided into 4,05,82,32,462 equity shares.
