KRONOX Lab Sciences sets record date for shareholder dividend of Rs 0.50 per share

KRONOX Lab Sciences Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that Wednesday, September 09, 2026, has been set as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, following a board recommendation in May 2026.
