Jai Mata Glass Limited will hold a board meeting on September 1, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. (IST) to approve the notice for the company’s 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to appoint or re-appoint statutory and secretarial auditors, a scrutinizer for the AGM, and a director to replace Mr. Inesh Marwah, who is retiring by rotation.
