Embassy Office Parks REIT to exercise Rs 1000 crore call option on Series VI debentures

Embassy Office Parks REIT, acting through its manager Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited, has notified the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it proposes to exercise a call option on Series VI Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs 1000 crore, issued under a Debenture Trust Deed dated March 31, 2022, as amended on December 01, 2025, with Catalyst Trusteeship Limited as the debenture trustee; the First Call Option Date is October 05, 2026, and Embassy REIT will inform the debenture holders and the debenture trustee regarding redemption plans on or before September 14, 2026.
