JSW Infrastructure to acquire 100% stake in JSW Overseas FZE, pending approvals

JSW Infrastructure Limited has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with JSW Terminal (Middle East) FZE and JSW Overseas FZE to acquire 100% of the share capital of JSW Overseas FZE, subject to regulatory approvals, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 22, 2026.
