Times Green Energy will close its register of members September 7-13 for its AGM

Times Green Energy (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 7, 2026, to September 13, 2026, both days inclusive, for the purpose of the 16th Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
