Tipco Engineering India to consider equity issuance via preferential or rights issue

Tipco Engineering India Limited, formerly Tipco Engineering India Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for the issuance of one or more instruments including equity shares/convertible securities via a preferential issue, rights issue, or other mode, and to determine the price thereof, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited.
