Goodluck India Limited announces a bonus share issue with a record date of August 21, 2026

Goodluck India Limited has set August 21, 2026, as the record date for a bonus issue of equity shares, offering two bonus shares for every one existing share held, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. The bonus shares, with a face value of Rs 2 each, will be made available for trading on both exchanges on August 25, 2026, following a deemed allotment date of August 24, 2026.
