Fischer Medical Ventures receives Rs. 35.99 crore from warrant conversions by investors

Fischer Medical Ventures Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 2,05,05,909 equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each at an issue price of Rs. 23.40 per share, including a premium of Rs. 22.40 per share, following the conversion of warrants, receiving Rs. 35,98,78,702.95 in consideration. The allottees include Mr. Shankar Varadharajan, FMV Holdings Pte Ltd, and Vritti Hitesh Kawa, with Mr. Shankar Varadharajan converting 60,00,000 warrants, FMV Holdings Pte Ltd converting 73,35,909 warrants, and Vritti Hitesh Kawa converting 71,70,000 warrants.
