SecMark Consultancy Limited forms subsidiary in India, awaiting RBI approval to operate

SecMark Consultancy Limited announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, SecMark Financial Aggregation Private Limited, in India on July 13, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The new company, which will operate as a Non-Banking Financial Company Account Aggregator, received an initial paid-up share capital subscription of Rs 1,00,000 for 10,000 equity shares, representing 100% ownership by SecMark Consultancy Limited. SecMark Financial Aggregation Private Limited will require approvals from the Reserve Bank of India to operate.
