Orient Bell shareholders reappointed Mahendra K. Daga as Chairman for three years

Orient Bell Limited announced that its shareholders approved the reappointment of Mahendra K. Daga as Chairman & Whole Time Director for three years from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030, and K.M. Pai as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032. Additionally, the company reappointed Bindiya Shyam Agrawal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for one year from October 28, 2026, to October 27, 2027, and appointed Sreeji Kamala Gopinathan as Non-Executive Independent Director for three years from May 19, 2026, to May 18, 2029.
