Maple Infrastructure Trust to seek approval for debt securities issuance on August 17

Maple Infrastructure Trust, formerly known as Indian Highway Concessions Trust, will convene a meeting of its InvIT Committee on August 17, 2026, to consider and approve raising funds through the issuance of non-convertible debt securities, according to a filing by Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager Private Limited, acting as the trust’s investment manager.
