Anantam Highways Trust confirms no deviations in use of Rs 4,000 million proceeds

Alpha Alternatives Fund-Infra Advisors Private Limited, acting as the investment manager to Anantam Highways Trust, reported no deviations in the use of issue proceeds from the objects stated in the Final Offer Document dated October 13, 2025, during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The Anantam Highways Trust’s initial public offer aggregated to Rs 4,000 million.
