SMC Credits Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. Trading in the company's securities will be closed for directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, and designated persons from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
