Info Edge confirms no deviation in utilization of Rs 18750 crore QIP funds

Info Edge (India) Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that there was no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) in fiscal year 2020-21, as stated in a filing on August 10, 2026. The company had raised Rs 18750 crore through the QIP on August 8, 2020, with the net proceeds intended to augment long-term cash resources and meet business funding requirements.
