M&B Engineering Ltd. shareholders can vote electronically ahead of September AGM

M&B Engineering Ltd. will convene its 44th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 17, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. through video conferencing, and has fixed Thursday, September 10, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, according to a regulatory filing. Shareholders will be able to cast their votes electronically from September 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to September 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
