Niraj Cement Structurals postpones board meeting to review quarterly financial results

Niraj Cement Structurals Limited notified the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the meeting of the Board of Directors, previously scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2026, will now be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results and statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
