Studds Accessories’ profit declined despite increased revenue and total income for Q3 2026

Studds Accessories Limited reported total income of Rs 1,729.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with revenue reaching Rs 1,696.76 million. While revenue increased significantly compared to the same quarter last year, the profit for the period decreased to Rs 122.97 million, a decline from Rs 202.46 million in Q3 FY25. The company’s total income for the fiscal year 2026 rose to Rs 6,457.49 million, up from Rs 1,675.42 million in the prior year, but profit for the period also decreased to Rs 122.07 million compared to Rs 833.29 million in FY25. The inclusion of SMK Helmets Europe SRL, incorporated in May 2026, complicates comparisons with prior periods and has resulted in a foreign currency translation reserve, alongside a lower effective tax rate and decreased earnings per share of Rs 3.12. The results are unaudited and subject to a limited review.
