Kwality Pharmaceuticals re-appoints Aditya Arora as Whole Time Director for five years

Kwality Pharmaceuticals Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Aditya Arora as a Whole Time Director for a further five-year period, commencing September 30, 2026, and subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the regularization of Swanith Kapoor as an Independent Director and appointed M/s Verma Khushwinder & Co. as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, with remuneration subject to ratification by shareholders. The company will hold its 43rd Annual General Meeting on August 31, 2026, via video conferencing, and e-voting will be available from August 28 to August 30, 2026.
