Garnet International Limited to review quarterly results and AGM notice on August 14

Garnet International Limited will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors, and to discuss the draft notice of the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26. The company has also closed its trading window for securities dealings from July 1, 2026, which will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the stock exchange.
