Kesar India confirmed no deviations in proceeds use during the quarter ended June 30, 2026

Kesar India Limited, formerly known as Kesar India Private Limited and Kesar Impex (India) Private Limited, informed the BSE Limited that there were no deviations in the utilization of proceeds from its preferential issue during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing on August 7, 2026. The statement was reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board at meetings held on the same date.
