Shri Mahalaxmi Agricultural Development schedules AGMs for September 2025, appoints scrutinizer

Shri Mahalaxmi Agricultural Development Limited informed the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board approved the dates, times, and mode for its 26th to 32nd Annual General Meetings, scheduled for September 29, 2025, and approved the company’s annual report and director’s report for the financial years ended March 31, 2019, through March 31, 2025. The board also appointed Neha Anup Poddar Company Secretaries as the scrutinizer for the AGMs and fixed August 21, 2026, as the record date for determining voting rights, with e-voting commencing August 26, 2026, and closing August 28, 2026.
