Market Creators Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board meeting, initially scheduled for August 4, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, has been postponed and rescheduled to August 11, 2026, due to a delay in the finalization of financial results.
