Vantage Knowledge Academy to review quarterly results at board meeting August 13

Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from the statutory auditor, the company said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company’s trading window for designated persons has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will remain closed for 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
