Nazara Technologies acquires Bluetile and BestPlay for USD 303 million, closing April 2027

Nazara Technologies Limited announced a consolidated revenue of INR 429 crore and EBITDA of INR 46 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, alongside the appointment of Raymond A. Stauffer as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, and an accelerated agreement to acquire 100% ownership of Bluetile and BestPlay for USD 303 million. The gaming segment reported revenue of INR 275 crore, a 14% year-over-year increase, with an EBITDA margin of 19.5%, while the company reported a loss after tax from continuing operations of INR 82 crore, and expects to operate at a materially greater scale from the second quarter of fiscal year 2027 following the Bluetile and BestPlay transaction, which will see USD 89 million payable at closing and the remaining USD 214 million payable by April 1, 2027.
