Pakka Limited to convene a board meeting August 14 to review financial results

Pakka Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Trading window for directors, officers, designated employees and other designated persons of the company has been closed from July 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
