National Peroxide Limited postpones board meeting to review Q2 2026 financial results

National Peroxide Limited, formerly known as NPL Chemicals Limited, announced on August 2, 2026, the deferment of its board meeting previously scheduled for August 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026; the company will inform the BSE Limited of the revised date in due course, and the trading window for the company’s securities will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are declared.
