Jubilant Pharmova receives assurance for BRSR reporting following TÜV SÜD assessment

Jubilant Pharmova Limited received a “reasonable level of assurance” for its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) following an engagement conducted by TÜV SÜD South Asia Pvt. Ltd. from May 6 to May 14, 2026. The assessment, based on ISAE 3000 and ISO 17029 standards, covered nine core attributes as mandated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India and included audits of facilities in Roorkee and Nanjangud, as well as the corporate office in Noida. The engagement verified data related to environmental performance, including greenhouse gas emissions, water and energy consumption, and waste management, alongside social and governance metrics such as employee wellbeing, gender diversity, and stakeholder relations. The assurance did not extend to all information within the BRSR, forward-looking statements, or external sources. Prosenjit Mitra and Sanjeev Sharma of TÜV SÜD were key personnel involved in the assessment.
