Cipla Ltd. granted equity shares and appreciation rights under employee schemes

Cipla Ltd. announced that its Operations and Administrative Committee has allotted 7,850 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2 each under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 -A and the Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021, increasing the company's issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital to Rs 1,61,57,06,332 comprising of 80,78,53,166 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each.
