SIS Limited to request board approval for equity share buyback on August 5, 2026

SIS Limited will seek board approval for a buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares on August 5, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, following a board meeting held on June 29, 2026. The outcome of the board meeting will be disseminated to the stock exchanges after its conclusion.
