Neogen Chemicals Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its register of members and share transfer register will be closed from August 14, 2026, to August 21, 2026, for dividend purposes, with August 13, 2026, set as the record date/cutoff date for remote e-voting and final dividend eligibility for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
