Prestige Estates confirms Rs 5,000 crore QIP proceeds fully utilized per ICRA report

Prestige Estates Projects Limited confirmed that the utilization of proceeds from its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) is in line with the objects of the issue, according to a monitoring agency report released by ICRA Limited on July 14, 2026. The report, covering the quarter ended June 30, 2026, stated that issue proceeds of Rs 5,000 crore have been fully utilized, with a revised net proceeds of Rs 4,899.17 crore due to increased issue-related expenses of Rs 1.43 crore.
