EFC (I) Limited to demerge its asset-light office solutions business, generating Rs 362.06 crore

EFC (I) Limited, on July 29, 2026, announced a scheme of arrangement (demerger) involving its wholly-owned subsidiary, EFC Limited, to separate its asset-light managed office solutions business, generating Rs 362.06 crore in revenue or 34.92% of EFC (I) Limited’s total turnover as of March 31, 2026, into EFC (I) Limited. The demerger, which requires regulatory and court approvals, will allow EFC Limited to focus on its asset-intensive managed office solutions business, while EFC (I) Limited will consolidate the asset-light business, and no change in shareholding is anticipated as EFC (I) Limited already owns 100% of EFC Limited's shares.
