Tata Capital raises USD 400 million 5.332% senior notes due 2030

Tata Capital has today, 21 July 2026, approved the allotment of USD 400 million 5.332 per cent senior notes due 2030 (Notes) as part of the USD 2 billion medium term note programme established by the Company.
