BLS E-Services completes acquisition of Atyati Technologies

BLS E-Services has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity shareholding in Atyati Technologies (ATPL) on 02 July 2026. Consequent to this acquisition, ATPL has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
