Rites board approves JV with NICC Infrastructure Construction LLC in UAE

The board of Rites at its meeting held on 25 June 2026 has accorded its approval for formation and investment of capital in proposed Joint Venture Company between RITES and NICC Infrastructure Construction LLC in the form of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
