Smartwork secures 5-year engagement with Japanese NBFC subsidiary in Mumbai

Smartworks Coworking Spaces (Smartworks) has leased over 400 seats to a Japanese NBFC subsidiary in Mumbai. The five-year engagement is estimated to generate rental revenue of Rs 35 Crore.
