Board of Mufin Green Finance approves NCD issuance up to Rs 119 cr

The board of Mufin Green Finance at its meeting held on 02 June 2026 has approved the issuance of listed, secured, non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis for an aggregate amount up to Rs 119 crore on a private placement basis.
